  Usually a very happy customer, but had a bad experience with a staff member today at the pay counter, was welcomed by another staff member, told everything everything in store is 50% off sale ends today, was keen to buy quite a lot of items with my daughter ,  but at counter as I asked checked for pricing cuz there was already a marked down price below original price I was cut short with a rude attitude when I questioned it and was answered rudely how hard is that to understand and told to hang on and listen to her she’s not finish - ( very rudely) the price on item is discounted and that’s what il be paying. I asked politely that I think the staff have to be specific ( I was cut off before trying to explain this- —it’s not as advertised cuz I was told 50% off whole store items - wasn’t told it’s on original price only-  ( why put a sale price on item and say everything is 50% off) clearly that means the price u see u get 50% off - I said I’m sorry I wnt take 2 items she have of mine she throw it behind her on counter - my daughter felt so terrible for me by staff rudeness , I said with rest of items in my had sorry I wnt be taking anything at all, my daughter also put hers back in the rack.  On my way out I still heard the staff say to another customer sale is everything 50% off- nothing else mentioned of only original price. The discounted price that’s stick on a bonnet jacket was not even right aswell- item Big sale banner also only say sale  50% off, I wish it could be advertise property like Cotton On banner 50% Sale off Original Price- sadly feel badly treated.
