They have been extremely helpful in solving and trying to solve the issues I have been having with HOOVER washing machine.
This is the second time it has broken down with the same problem.
I am just hoping it won't take HOOVER ten weeks this time to come out and fix it.
I will never purchase another HOOVER product again as they don't seem to care how long they take to have it fixed.
Their excuse is always the same
We have to wait for the parts
The funny thing is they don't send anyone out to look at the machine they ask what error is on display then decide how long for the parts to arrive then decide to send out a tech who says fee we have the wrong part
So either the diagnostics on the machine display are wrong or something else is.
Meanwhile I have contacted TGG Clarkson they then rang HOOVER direct who say another five weeks for the correct part to arrive, in the meantime I am spending a fortune at the laundromat for washing and drying my family's clothes
Will HOOVER pay for that not bloody likely.
As I said this is the second time
HOOVER has a policy that the machine must break down at least three times before they might consider replacing the unit
Personally even if they offered me the top of the range for replacement I would tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
The Good Guys from Clarkson have been terrific

They always seem to be willing to make a deal or beat a genuine quote. Only lose one star for an overly pushy member of the sales team, otherwise highly recommended.
