  Absolutely Rude
  Spoken to rudely talked down to
  All just to get a replacement SIM card oh how difficult some people make life
  Thanks for Nothing Jarred and I will always take the extra time to go to Joondalup your shop has never given or offered a good service can go to a different Telstra Shop with the same enquiry or problem and have it sorted but never at this shop if you want to be in customer Service Jarred learn to talk to people with some respect !!!

  Don't waste your time with this store. Don't answer the phone (fairly sure they hang the call up after a while). Management can be very rude (made complaints directly to Telstra). Joondalup store is much better.

  Cannot complain about the service, as there aren't any.
  And best of all.... They do not even care about the bad reviews.
  I ordered a 128GB iPad mini on 17 December 2016 in the store.
  6-8 weeks for delivery was promised. I've been back 5 times.
  Still nothing!!!
  Telstra think it's untouchabl, and do not care if their customers are happy or not...they have enough.
  I have 9 different contracts with them and are considering other Service Providers.
  Why give them my business if they cannot look after it??
