  Store open till 4:45pm yet when I went past around 4pm and they had already basically packed away and weren't 'making' anything. I'll stick with Cold Rock!

  Need to change closing times . Food not available 45min before closing because it has been thrown out or ran out .and won't cook more . After the 4th time I think you should give the staff more closing and cleaning time so they can cook and serve till said closing time

  Pros: The food in particular the ice cream is very good. The price is fair and the venue is clean and have own tables. When not busy it is a great place to visit.
  
  Cons: The service is usually slow particularly from younger staff or during peak periods.
  Can get very chaotic when groups of people are waiting to be served, customers are left to sort themselves out.

  I love their smoothies when they make them properly but don't order through uber eats. I specified not to include honey as I know it's an option instore and it had a very strong flavour of honey when it arrived, which I can't stand. Clearly didn't bother to take the time to actually check the order so ruined that for me.
